Kitee town and other regions offers a lots of things to do and see. It is easy to make day trips by car to see the sights or you can take part in the events. We located about an hour’s drive from Joensuu, Punkaharju and Savonlinna. Also Koli national park, Valamo monastery in Heinävesi or Möhkö Ironworks in Ilomantsi are good day trip destinations.
