Bookings can also be made by sites of our partners.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment:<br \/>\n<\/strong>You can pay by cash or by credit cards (Visa\/Mastercard) in Karjalan Helmi. You can pay also by invoice in advance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancelling terms\u00a0<\/strong>(bookings which are made by telephone, by email or from our booking engine)<br \/>\nYou may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.<br \/>\nBookings in the period 18.6.-23.8.2026 you can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged total rent if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival.<br \/>\nOtherwise be used terms which are mentioned in the sites of our partners!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The property\u00b4s rules:<\/strong><br \/>\nCHECK IN \/ CHECK OUT: The accommodation is available after 15.00 and departure is until 12.00.<br \/>\nBED LINEN AND TOWELS: are not included in the rent. These can be ordered, +15 eur\/person.<br \/>\nFINAL CLEANING: is not included in the rent. This can be ordered, +60 eur\/cottage, +20 eur\/apartment.<br \/>\nIf the customer did not order the final cleaning, the customer is responsible for cleaning with cleaning instructions. The cleaning instructions for customer: vacuum or sweep the floors, clean the tableware, wipe down the kitchen surfaces, tables and other surfaces, take the rubbish to the bins outside.<br \/>\nThe\u00a0customers\u00a0will always get checked and maintained accommodation\u00a0by owners.<br \/>\nOrdered final cleaning does not include dishwashing and extra washing of textiles.<\/p>\n<p>THE PRICE INCLUDE: Normal energy costs, furniture, kitchenware, cutlery, mattresses, bed covers, pillows. Also firewoods to sauna and to fireplace and free use of the rowing boat.
